Velvet Box is a woman-owned intimacy & wellness boutique with a passion for changing people's lives. We talk about things people don't always know how to ask about. You'll help them feel comfortable, learn something new, and find products they're excited to take home.
You'll learn plenty yourself. We take our work seriously, but we have fun doing it. Spirit Week and team challenges included.
Here's the job
- Start conversations, ask questions, and make helpful recommendations.
- Learn the products. Then put that knowledge to work.
- Work toward sales goals and use coaching to get better.
- Handle checkout and shipments. Keeping the store stocked, clean, and ready is part of the job, too.
Here's what we need
Customer-facing experience, an open mind, and the confidence to discuss intimacy & wellness professionally. Be dependable, take initiative, follow through, and be available evenings and weekends.
