What you will be doing

- Monitor payment file imports, processing, and execution.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding current, past, and future payment execution.
- Support job scheduling and monitoring in a production environment.
- Research and resolve user, system, and processing issues.
- Follow escalation procedures and meet service level agreements.
- Coordinate testing of application, system, and process changes.
- Contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
- Provide internal training and documentation.

What you bring:

- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred).
- Mainframe and/or open systems knowledge.
- Experience with production control tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
