Your Key Responsibilities
- Creating cases in Salesforce
- Entering manual orders into the system
- Processing IDOCs in the system
- Checking requests against production planning
- Communicating results to customers
- Escalating unresolved cases to the 2nd level
- Checking confirmation status via AB-Monitor
- Sending confirmations based on customer classification (B, C, D)
- Coordinating deliveries with Transport Management
- Requesting proof of delivery
- Coordinating price differences in commercial conditions and missing information, as well as material discrepancies, with Internal Sales
- Checking references against quotations or contracts
- Maintaining and implementing changes in scheduling agreements in alignment with the end customer, including quantity increases/decreases, postponements, and delivery date changes
- Handling delivery blocks
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in order management or a customer service-related position within an international organization
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- At least very good command of the Italian or French language with the ability to communicate professionally with customers (min. B2 level)
- Proficiency in the SAP SD module
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
