SynergenX, Low T Center & HerKare specialize in hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness. We’re looking for a Full-Time Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who is passionate about patient-centered care and helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide personalized care in a collaborative clinic environment while maintaining a consistent schedule and work-life balance.

License & Credentialing Requirements: As part of our screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified by our Credentialing team prior to interviews. Your license must be active and in good standing, and your NPI/taxonomy must fall within our scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness care
- Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care
- Educate patients on wellness, treatment protocols, and lifestyle optimization
- Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinic protocols and compliance standards

Qualifications

- Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing
- Current DEA license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work at both the Little Rock and Hot Springs clinics

Schedule

- 32 clinical hours per week
- Regular clinical days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Schedule adjustments may be made by swapping a Saturday or another clinical day, provided weekly hours remain at 32

Standard Clinic Hours:

- Monday: 8 AM–5 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM–7 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM–1 PM
- Thursday: 7 AM–5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM–5 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM

Compensation & Benefits
