About this role
Key member of the Energy F&BO Leadership team supporting the next phase of growth for two of Leidos Energy's core divisions — Digital Grid & Energy Solutions and Utility & Project Solutions — representing over $400M in combined annual revenue. As Senior Manager, Finance & Business Operations, you will serve as a trusted finance and business operations partner to the division leadership teams, reporting directly to the Vice President & CFO, Energy. This is a strong opportunity to support financial performance, operating rhythm, and growth execution for a significant portion of Leidos' five growth pillars under the NorthStar 2030 Strategy.
Leidos Energy is an ENR top-ranked energy engineering provider to a broad range of investor-owned utilities, coop utilities, energy project investors and developers, power generators, and well-known industrial clients. The Digital Grid & Energy Solutions and Utility & Project Solutions divisions deliver core commercial services including utility energy efficiency program design and implementation; digital utility services; communication system engineering; and project management across a broad range of energy-related projects.
This role is well suited to a finance and operations professional with commercial project-based experience who wants to grow into a broader business-partnering role within a fast-growing commercial energy business.
