About this role
Responsible for preventative maintenance and minor repair of slot equipment/machines.
Essential Job Functions
Excellent internal/external guest service;
Preventive maintenance on all slot equipment/machines in accordance with departmental policies and procedures;
Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. cards, etc.;
Maintain sign lighting and graphics;
Ensure all slot machines are secure;
Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to our guest;
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
