About this role
Contract Type: Full-time fixed-term contract, 2 to 20 November 2026 (including the weekend of 14 and 15 November)
About us:
The Earthshot Prize is the world's most prestigious environmental Prize. We exist because 2030 is a critical deadline for our planet, and we're here to celebrate groundbreaking leadership in environmental action, activate the people who can back it, and inspire optimism across the globe.
Our Storytelling team brings this mission to life, sharing the stories of the Prize and our Finalists across media, TV, social, digital, OOH and beyond. We're an ambitious team finding every possible way to tell the biggest story in the world, and to bring urgent optimism to a global audience.
Our 2026 Summit & Awards Night in Mumbai is in November and we're looking to bolster our core team to deliver this.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a London-based digital specialist with expertise in DIT and syndication management to support the Prize as we deliver our 2026 Summit in India. Our production team in Mumbai will capture a large volume of filmed and photographed content. From this, we will create best-in-class edits, secure stakeholder approval and deploy content to be shared by our incredible network of talent, creators and partners.
This role will sit at the heart of that work. You will bring robust systems to ensure efficient delivery, excellent organisational and administrative skills, and a proactive approach to making sure everyone on the team has what they need, when they need it, throughout the Summit. Expertise in working on the platform Canto is essential to manage content.
You will report to the Head of Content and work alongside our UK team of social media managers, graphic designers and video editors. You will also work closely with our team on the ground in Mumbai, who will be creating content and working with key stakeholders, including talent and creators.
This is a hybrid role, split between home and our office in Whitechapel. We ask that you join us in the office at least two days per week so you can get to know the team. You will also be office-based on 16 and 17 November to support the two largest events of the Summit.

- Set up upload folders on our cloud storage platform, Iconik, for production teams to deliver to
- Ensure overnight uploads are received complete, filed in the correct locations and labelled accurately
- Share the right links with editors and teams promptly, so they have the content they need without delay
- Keep content filed correctly and easily accessible, enabling edits to be turned around quickly
- Manage files according to stakeholder approval status, archiving content that should not go live and ensuring approved content is ready promptly
Syndication Support:
- Work with the Digital Campaigns & Relations Manager to understand and deliver our syndication plans
- Support the talent approvals process, sending assets, receiving approval notes and updating files accordingly so that only approved assets are available for use
- Alert stakeholder managers when assets are ready to supply to their stakeholders, and prompt them to share where needed
- Ensure Canto boards are easy to use and visually polished, with the right assets available at the right time
Syndication Tracking:
- Monitor posts about the Prize from across our network, including talent, creators and partners, throughout the Summit period
- Capture screenshots and record shared content for posterity
- Build and maintain a tracker of all shares, helping us understand our reach and identify any gaps in our syndication plan to be addressed
Candidate Criteria:
- Confident, hands-on experience with Canto is essential, including uploading and organising content, and creating and managing portals
- Proven experience in digital asset management, DIT or content operations, ideally supporting fast-paced content teams
- Experience using cloud storage and media asset management platforms such as Iconik
- Experience supporting the syndication or amplification of content through talent, creators, partners or press
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with robust systems for file management, labelling and version control
- An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring assets are accurately labelled, approved and QA'd before they go live
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate what teams need
- Calm under pressure, able to prioritise in a fast-paced, live-event environment
- Experience working with distributed teams across timezones is highly desirable
- Experience supporting content around major live events, awards or global campaigns is highly desirable
- Availability to work from 2 to 20 November, including the weekend of 14 and 15 November, and to work from our Whitechapel office
