Job responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (scope, plan, milestones, dependencies), escalating risks/issues and driving closure.
- Evolve and run the operating model and cadence (strategy/priority cadence, OKRs, governance forums, decision logs, escalation paths).
- Prepare and manage executive-ready materials for senior management (e.g., MBRs, leadership reporting, governance packs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear decision asks.
- Coordinate leadership routines and communications: agendas, pre-reads, follow-ups, action tracking; support team engagement routines (e.g., town halls/all-hands).
- Lead headcount and resource governance (planning, tracking, scenario analysis, and investment cases), including workforce mix and productivity considerations.
- Identify productivity opportunities and drive cost/efficiency initiatives with clear articulation of impacts and trade-offs.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape annual planning, priorities, and multi-year roadmaps from a financial and capacity perspective.
