Account Development Representative

Aston Carter is hiring qualified candidates for a new Account Development Representative opening with a Fortune 100 company in Pensacola, FL!

Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in Florida. The role involves recruiting local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other contractors to visit potential businesses, present the program, qualify leads, guide through the application process, drive referrals, and coordinate recruitment events. The position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission for each partner converted. Responsibilities

- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2 hours driving distance).
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among businesses.
- Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
- Lead and manage pipeline activities in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events like lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
- Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.

Essential Skills

- 1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Experience in outside/field sales.
- CRM experience is required, Salesforce preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Field sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in roles involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
- Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
- Tech savvy with experience in multiple systems and technology.
- Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Work Environment The position is based either in or near Tallahassee or Pensacola. You will spend 3-5 days a week on the road and work from home the remaining time. Benefits include eligibility for 2 weeks of PTO accrual after a 6-month successful performance review, uncapped commission, phone bill reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
