Housekeeping Room Attendant | Motto by Hilton | Washington, DC | Modus by PM Hotel Group

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant who takes pride in keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required , including experience cleaning guest rooms and maintaining hotel cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong sense of urgency. They should also have good communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude. The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $22.

What Youll Do

- Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms according to established cleanliness and quality standards.

- Ensure arriving guests find clean, functional, and welcoming rooms.

- Replenish guest amenities and supplies as needed.

- Assist with deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties.

- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

- Follow hotel procedures for cleaning, safety, and handling guest belongings.

- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily room assignments and deadlines.

Who You Are

- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required , preferably with experience cleaning guest rooms.

- Take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing excellent guest service.

- Are organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Have good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude toward guests and colleagues.

- Can work independently while contributing to a team.

- Have open availability to work primarily morning shifts (typically 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent movement, bending, reaching, and standing to complete housekeeping tasks in various environments. The associate must be able to move throughout the hotel and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
