About this role
The Inspector Trainee will be evaluated throughout the training process and may advance to an Inspector role after demonstrating the required knowledge, practical skills, safety performance, and proficiency in applicable inspection methods. Training and certification requirements will be administered in accordance with the company’s written practice and applicable industry standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, industrial, inspection, mechanical, or energy-sector experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Basic math, measurement, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accept coaching, apply feedback, and work effectively under supervision.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, overtime, and varying shifts as required.
- Willingness and ability to pursue applicable NDT qualifications and certifications.
