At TFI International, you'll help strengthen the security and resiliency of the technology environment behind one of North America's largest transportation and logistics organizations. As a Senior Security & Infrastructure Platform Administrator, you'll take ownership of critical security and infrastructure platforms and keep them secure, reliable, documented, and continuously improved.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced architects, infrastructure specialists, cloud administrators, and cybersecurity professionals in a customer-focused, collaborative IT team. You'll build expertise across both infrastructure and security domains, influence technology decisions and operational practices, and help develop the next generation of technology specialists.
We're seeking a hands-on IT professional who wants accountability, not just administration. The ideal candidate takes responsibility for outcomes rather than tasks, enjoys improving systems and processes, balances technical depth with operational accountability, and challenges the status quo when better solutions exist, while helping others grow their technical capabilities and confidence.
- Strong enterprise infrastructure or security administration experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of technology platforms and outcomes.
- Experience documenting processes and procedures.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous-learning mindset.
- Experience with Linux administration, security platforms, vulnerability management, endpoint security, and privileged access management.
- Experience with Veeam, container technologies, infrastructure monitoring, Azure administration, and PowerShell automation.
