About Cisco

At Cisco, our culture is defined by purpose. We connect everything: people, processes, data, and things. We innovate everywhere, taking bold risks to shape the technologies that make smart cities, connected cars, and secure digital enterprises possible. And we do it all with a commitment to making a meaningful, positive impact on the world around us.

Our employees' ground-breaking ideas impact everything from enterprise networking and cybersecurity to cloud computing and digital transformation. Here, that means you will be creative, you'll be inspired, and you'll make a real difference in how businesses connect and thrive.

What You'll Do

Join the team redefining how Cisco collaborates with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Services Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and IT Service Providers (IT SPs) to deliver compelling managed services and as-a-service offerings to businesses across the Americas.

In this high-visibility sales acceleration role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy, demand generation campaigns, and field sales enablement for our assigned tier-one MSP partners. Key responsibilities include:

- Partner GTM Strategy & Leadership: Drive the long-term sales strategy, business planning, and execution for assigned premier Managed Services Providers (including Boldyn Networks, C Spire Business, Compucom, Connx, ConvergeOne, Custom Computer Specialists, Hitachi, Insight, iVision Scale, Katalyst, R2 Unified, SHI, Teracai, and Veytec).
- Offer Development & Launch Execution: Collaborate closely with Service Creation teams to co-develop differentiated, high-margin partner managed service offerings built on Cisco architectures prior to commercial launch.
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration: Build outbound demand generation programs, sales plays, and marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline velocity and drive managed services bookings across Americas sales teams.
- Field Sales Alignment & Co-Selling: Articulate Cisco Managed Services Routes-to-Market (RTM) and unique partner value propositions to Cisco field account teams, fostering joint selling and deal alignment.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Deliver dynamic live and virtual 'one-to-many' sales enablement presentations, workshops, and architecture deep-dives across partner and internal sales organizations.
- Voice of the Partner: Champion partner needs, market requirements, and competitive dynamics back into Cisco Sales, Product Management, and Channels leadership.
- Industry Evangelism: Represent Cisco at major MSP and channel industry conferences, tradeshows, and executive briefings.

Who You'll Work With

You will be a core member of the Managed Services Channel Sales acceleration team, operating in an agile, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. You will partner daily with:

- Strategic Partner Executives and Sales Leaders across top-tier MSPs and VARs.
- Cisco Service Creation Teams and Technical Solutions Architects.
- Americas Field Sales Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, and Systems Engineering teams.
- Cross-functional stakeholders across Global Partner Marketing, Business Operations, Distribution, and Software/Licensing teams.

Who You Are

You are an energetic, strategic, and outcome-oriented channel sales professional who thrives in dynamic and evolving market environments. You possess deep expertise in managed services business models, recurring revenue economics, and XaaS consumption. You are an exceptional communicator who can seamlessly pivot between inspiring a room of 200 partner sales reps and presenting a strategic business review to partner C-level executives. You have a builder mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and passionate about creating tangible business value for both Cisco and our partner ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of total sales, business development, or channel management experience within a high-tech company.
- 3+ years of proven success holding and exceeding an individual or team sales quota.
- Demonstrated experience working with global and regional channel partners in the Managed Services / XaaS sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial and consumption modeling) and Microsoft PowerPoint (executive presentation design).
- Ability to travel up to 25% across the Americas region.
- Must be based in the US Central or Eastern Time Zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- Deep understanding of Managed Services Provider (MSP) business models, consumption economics, billing structures, and partner profitability drivers.
- 3+ years of direct experience working within the Cisco Channel ecosystem or as a Cisco channel partner.
- Broad architectural knowledge of Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networking and Cisco Security solutions.
- Proven track record of designing, launching, and scaling new partner service offerings and go-to-market campaigns.
- Demonstrated success engaging, influencing, and negotiating with C-level executives in a partner ecosystem.
- Strong program management capabilities with the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams toward shared revenue milestones.
