3rd Shift Nurse Supervisor (LPN) Palmettos of Parklane | Columbia, SC Full-Time | Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Palmettos of Parklane is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during our overnight shift. This leadership role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about resident care, team development, and ensuring excellence in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the overnight shift
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status
- Support and mentor CNAs and nursing team members
- Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and physician communications
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes
- Serve as the clinical resource and point of contact during assigned shift
Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
