Flexible hours from 7am - 10pm

Care Assistant Pay Rates
Day Care
- £14.5 per hour weekdays
- £15.5 per hour weekends
Additional Benefits
- Work for a CQC Outstanding rated provider
- 35p per mile mileage allowance
- 1.5x or 2x pay on holiday
- Paid travel time
- Paid Shadowing before working independently
- 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata)

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but every visit matters.
You will support clients in their own homes by:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting with washing, dressing and grooming
- Administering or prompting medication
- Supporting mobility and moving & handling
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Helping with shopping and errands
- Light housekeeping duties
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
You'll finish each shift knowing you've genuinely improved someone's day.
