MGC Roofing & Construction, Inc. is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Commercial Roofing Service Department.

No roofing experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade and grow with our company.

Pay: Starting at $19.00+ per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside experienced roofing technicians performing commercial roof repairs and maintenance.

- Assist with roof repairs and leak detection

- Help with preventative roof maintenance

- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials

- Keep service trucks and job sites clean and organized

- Learn to safely operate roofing tools and equipment

- Follow safety procedures and instructions from Lead Technicians

What We're Looking For

- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Comfortable working on rooftops and at heights

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Willing to work outdoors in Florida weather

- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn

- Able to follow instructions and work well with a team

- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a drug screening, background check, and pre-employment physical.
