Production Operator – Deeside, UK

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Production Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Deeside facility. The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and ensuring production targets are achieved. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily manufacturing activities while adhering to company quality and safety standards.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products and ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Complete required production documentation.
- Support team objectives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

- GCSEs or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the role.
