About the role

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Virtual Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team and lead engaging online classes from the comfort of your own location.

This part-time opportunity involves teaching a 45-minute Mat Pilates class currently scheduled for Thursdays from 2:00-2:45 PM , with flexibility to adjust the day and time based on instructor availability and participant needs. In this role, you'll inspire individuals to build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall wellness through safe, effective, and engaging Pilates instruction.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Pilates instruction to members and guests.

Minimum Requirements

- Mat Pilates Instructor certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $50 - $55 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
