About the role

Trigg Digital is a Salesforce Summit Partner and AI consultancy. We're looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with deep Salesforce Field Service expertise to lead client engagements from diagnosis through design to delivery.

Your first engagement is an independent assessment of a mature Field Service implementation for a well-known UK manufacturer. You'll work out why engineer productivity isn't consistently hitting target, and design the changes that will fix it. Expect workshops, data analysis, time in the field with engineers, and presenting to senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

- Assess live Field Service implementations across process, configuration, data and adoption, and turn the findings into a prioritised roadmap with clear benefits.

- Own functional design and configure Field Service hands-on, especially scheduling and optimisation, the dispatcher experience and the mobile app.

- Design parts and inventory processes, and define integration requirements with ERP (SAP).

- Use operational data to show where capacity is lost and prove the impact of change.

- Act as the client's day-to-day functional lead: backlog, user stories, UAT and go-live

What you'll bring

- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, including 3+ years of hands-on Field Service delivery and functional lead experience on at least one implementation or optimisation of a live org.

- Deep scheduling expertise, including Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization. You can explain why an appointment won't schedule, and fix it.

- Experience with parts, van stock and ERP integration. SAP is a strong plus.

- Confidence with data, using SOQL, reports, Excel or BI tools.

- Strong Salesforce configuration skills: Flow, data modelling and security.

- Credibility with senior stakeholders, including client teams that already know the product well.

- Commercial awareness and a track record of turning delivery into follow-on work.
