Deli Assistants Full-Time

Delaney’s MACE Castlebar have an exciting opportunity available for full time Deli / Sales Assistants . We are a renowned grocery retailer and are looking for charismatic, hard – working and efficient Deli Assistants to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess deli/food experience however all other retail experience is considered.

We are looking for experienced although training will be provided Deli / sales Assistants for an immediate start, who have a strong work ethic, flexible approach and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer care at all times.

Responsibilities of this Deli Assistant job include:

Food preparation and replenishing of food displays

Ensuring Health and Safety are met

Providing customers with a 5 Star experience

The requirements for the Deli Assistant job include:

Previous deli / fresh food/ butcher experience

Excellent Customer Service skills are needed

Ability to work at a fast pace and as part of a team

Manual Handling & HACCP certification – Training can be provided
