Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – Intermodal Freight
Location: Memphis, TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $0.63–$0.73 CPM (depending on eligible mileage differentials), plus additional compensation
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional intermodal position based out of Memphis, TN. This opportunity offers consistent container freight, no-touch loads, and a predictable weekly schedule with two days off.
Your Week at a Glance
- Home Time: Weekly – 5 days on / 2 days off
- Schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Freight: No-touch intermodal container freight
- Base Mileage Pay: $0.63 per dispatched mile
- Night Differential: Additional $0.05 CPM on eligible loaded miles
- Weekend Differential: Additional $0.10 CPM on eligible loaded miles
- Short-Haul Pay: $27 plus mileage on qualifying loads
- Stop Pay: $13.50 per eligible stop
Position Details
- Regional intermodal routes operating out of Memphis, TN
- Hauling containers with no driver unloading required
- Consistent 5-day workweek with 2 scheduled days off
- Weekend and holiday work may be required
- Additional compensation available for qualifying night and weekend miles
- Short-haul compensation applies to qualifying loads between 3–598 loaded miles
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Ability to meet DOT and company hiring qualifications
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with regional operations
