This practice is an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site . Eligible dentists may qualify for up to $150,000 in student loan repayment , depending on NHSC program eligibility, application requirements, and service commitment.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
- Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
