About this role

About IMG
Interior Marketing Group (IMG) is a founder-led interior design and staging company serving luxury real estate and ultra high net worth clientele. Led by Cheryl Eisen, IMG partners with brokers, developers, buyers, and celebrities to bring properties to life through interior design and staging, coupled with integrated marketing campaigns of branded events, press, social media, editorial photography, and more. With teams across New York, Los Angeles, and Florida, IMG has built a reputation as the “billionaire whisperers”. IMG and its founder have built a strong presence in the media, appearing in top tier publications like Architectural Digest and Forbes, and on popular television shows on Netflix, Bravo, and NBC.

The Role

As IMG's Graphic Designer, you'll own the look of everything we put in front of clients and the market, from pitch decks and property brochures to social content, direct mail, and event signage. You'll turn furniture layouts, design direction, and property photography into polished, on-brand work that wins new business and keeps IMG's visual identity consistent across every channel. You'll combine strong traditional design craft with generative AI tools to produce faster, richer visual concepts, and help shape how IMG builds AI into its creative workflow. Reporting to our CEO, you'll partner daily with the Sales, PR, Marketing, and Social Media teams, balance multiple projects and deadlines, and hold a high standard for quality in both print and digital.

Responsibilities

Sales & Pitch Materials

- Design and assemble complete proposal decks, offering memoranda, and property brochures that are clean, modern, and aligned with IMG brand standards

- Develop concise key messaging and supporting copy that communicates each proposal’s design vision and value to the client

- Create engaging graphics, reusable templates for Sales proposals

Print Collateral

- Design property brochures, listing flyers, postcards, direct mailers, signage, and large-format graphics for events and clients

- Prepare print-ready files to correct specifications and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time production

- Partner with the Social Media team to develop visual content that supports campaigns, project reveals, and brand storytelling

Brand Compliance & Asset Management

- Maintain and enforce consistent visual brand standards across all internal and external marketing channels, and serve as a go-to reviewer for brand use across teams

- Color-correct, retouch, and optimize property photography and digital assets for web listings and advertising, including background removal, compositing, and image building

- Organize and maintain the creative asset library, including templates, image libraries, and past proposals, so teams can work quickly and consistently

AI-Enabled Creative Workflow

- Use generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly and Photoshop Generative Fill, Higgsfield, Midjourney, or similar) to speed up concept development, image generation, room visualization, and photo editing, and refine every AI output to IMG’s design and brand standards.

- Help build and document repeatable AI-assisted creative workflows, such as prompt libraries, templates, and step-by-step processes, and share best practices with the Sales and Social Media teams.

- Apply sound judgment to responsible AI use: verify accuracy against actual furniture, layouts, and finishes; respect copyright, licensing, and image-usage rights; and keep client and property information confidential in line with IMG guidelines.

Qualifications

Required

- 2+ years of graphic design experience at an interior design, architecture, real estate, fashion, or comparable design-driven firm or agency

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related creative field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat

- A portfolio showing range across print collateral, digital and social graphics, and presentation design, with a strong eye for composition, typography, and visual hierarchy

- Working knowledge of print production, including file preparation, color management, and large-format output

- Understanding of the limitations and risks of generative AI, including accuracy, copyright and licensing, and brand consistency, and the judgment to know when AI output isn’t right to use.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver against firm deadlines, including flexibility to extend hours around key launches and proposal dates.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving, “get it done” approach to collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Design partners.

Preferred

- Experience with AI image tools for interiors or real estate (e.g., virtual staging, Higgsfield AI, AI rendering or upscaling tools).

- Familiarity with AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting copy and key messaging.

- Experience producing marketing or pitch materials for luxury real estate, hospitality, or residential design clients.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Canva.
