What You'll Be Doing

- Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes

- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care

- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

- Prepare meals and snacks

- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

- Provide companionship and meaningful interaction

- Provide medication reminders

- Assist with errands and grocery shopping

- Accompany clients to appointments when needed

- Observe and report changes in client condition

- Follow individualized care plans to help clients maintain their independence

Who We're Looking For

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or personal care experience preferred

- CNA or Home Health Aide experience is a plus

- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

- Dependable and able to maintain scheduled client assignments

- Compassionate, patient, and professional

- Strong communication skills

- Reliable transportation preferred

- Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
