About this role
About Hugel Aesthetics
Hugel Aesthetics is a fast-growing leader in the medical aesthetics industry, bringing innovative injectable and skin-care solutions to the Aesthetics market across the United States. We are building our U.S. organization from the ground up, creating a culture that is intentionally different from traditional, highly layered organizations.
Founded in 2001, Hugel
is a South Korea–based global leader in medical aesthetics, specializing in the development and commercialization of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, threads, and biocosmetics. Over the past two decades, Hugel has built a strong global footprint, with commercial presence in approximately 70 countries and operations across nine international subsidiaries.
Leveraging strong global momentum, Hugel Aesthetics was formed as the Company’s dedicated North American business unit, established to lead commercialization in the United States, Canada and Australia. Backed by Hugel’s global scale and expertise, Hugel Aesthetics is a well-resourced, growth-oriented organization focused on expanding access to Letybo and establishing a strong, long-term presence in medical aesthetics.
Our culture is rooted in high ownership, collaboration, and the belief that every voice matters. We value people who bring ideas, take initiative, and want a true seat at the table. In this environment, individuals are empowered to make an impact, move with agility, and help build what comes next.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape not only the business, but the way we work, lead, and grow together. As we scale our commercial footprint, we're building a sales organization defined by hunger, excellence, and relentless customer focus.
The Opportunity
The Sr. Manager, Commercial Program Management leads the cross-functional programs that scale the commercial organization's systems, processes, and decision-making. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations, this role owns delivery of major commercial technology initiatives and other commercial planning initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality and other teams supporting full commercial launch including but not limited to: commerce platform implementation, and CRM enablement, program planning across various functional areas — and manages the RFP process and vendor selection for these initiatives where applicable.
This role manages projects aligned across all commercial and supporting workstreams — including Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Medical Affairs, among others — ensuring the organization is GTM-ready as it scales its full direct sales organization.
This person operates at the intersection of technology, process, and strategy: gathering and translating business requirements, coordinating vendors and service providers, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned to timelines, budgets, and business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong systems and process expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to lead complex initiatives by influence rather than authority. This is a hands-on role, requiring direct, day-to-day involvement in project execution alongside cross-functional teams.
This job is a full time, onsite role based at our Irvine CA offices.

- Track and report on ROI for commercial technology investments, and validate business cases at each major decision point.
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Align program delivery across all commercial and supporting workstreams — including Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Medical Affairs — so initiatives land consistently across the business.
- Partner with workstream leaders to identify dependencies, sequence milestones, and resolve cross-functional roadblocks.
- Ensure systems, processes, and training are GTM-ready to support the organization's full direct sales organization.
ERP / CRM Requirements & Implementation
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of integration between ERP and CRM platforms.
- Partner with IT, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into system requirements and process design.
- Oversee user acceptance testing, training, and change management to drive successful adoption across the commercial organization.
Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead the RFP process and vendor selection for major commercial technology and program investments.
- Manage relationships and performance across multiple technology vendors and implementation service providers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to keep delivery aligned across concurrent workstreams.

Commercial Enablement
- Lead additional commercial enablement projects that improve productivity, data quality, and go-to-market effectiveness.
- Build scalable processes, documentation, and governance to support the broader commercial organization as it grows.
