Summary

The Marketing and Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's services and increase brand awareness.

Essential Functions

- Developing marketing strategies : Developing marketing plans and strategies designed to promote the company's services and increase its visibility and customer base.
- Managing marketing campaigns : Planning and executing marketing campaigns that include advertising, promotional events, and digital marketing.
- Managing the company's website and social media : Overseeing the company's website and social media presence, including creating and posting relevant and engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Coordinating with internal teams : Working closely with project managers, sales teams, and other internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and objectives .
- Managing media relations : Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and improve the company's reputation.
- Managing budgets : Developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Analyzing data : Analyzing data from marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
- All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 5 + years of experience in marketing /media

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to drive decision-making through data
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to test, build and scale growth marketing strategies from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leader and team player with proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively independently and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
