- Requirements Analysis

- Collaborate with business partners across to understand the business requirements.

- Create flowcharts, data dictionaries, and fields mapping in Teamcenter.

3. AI Tooling & Automated Scripting

- Leverage Enterprise GenAI tools to accelerate analysis, generate test data for complex BOM hierarchies, and draft initial configuration XML/JSON snippets.

- Write basic automation scripts (Python, shell, or SQL) to validate configuration packages, format data feeds, and assist in routine migration/testing tasks.

4. Testing, Build Validation & Deployment Support

- Validate custom configurations and BMIDE template updates in local developer VMs and Sandbox environments prior to promotion.

- Execute unit testing, smoke testing, and regression scenarios against configured features.

- Support senior developers in package assembly for CI/CD deployments and participate in sprint Validation and UAT triage sessions.

5. Technical Documentation & Enablement

- Document technical configuration guides, BMIDE data dictionary updates, and release notes in Confluence.

- Assist in troubleshooting lower environment configuration defects and updating training job aids for end users.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an IT analyst, software developer, or system configurator role.

- Familiarity with XML, JSON, and web styling/configuration.

- Analytical & Business Skills:

- Ability to deconstruct business problems into logical system requirements and configuration steps.

- Strong communication skills to interact with both business users and core technical engineers.

- AI Literacy:

- Active hands-on experience using generative AI tools to assist with documentation, coding, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Enterprise Systems Exposure: Exposure to enterprise software ecosystems such as PLM (Siemens Teamcenter, Agile PLM), ERP, or Supply Chain Sourcing tools.
