Title: Site Supervisor

- Location: Austin, TX 78704
- Pay: $21 per hour
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Monday-Friday 12 pm - 7 pm (Tuesday 12 pm - 10 pm)
- Level 2 Guard Card required
- Daily pay options are available; get paid as soon as the next day

The Supervisor's main responsibilities are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
- Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
- Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
- Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in the leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.

Position Requirements:

- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Active Level 2 Security License
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.)
- Customer service experience is a plus
