Daytime Cleaner - Can Can Brasserie

The Role

This is a dedicated daytime cleaning position, not a dishwasher role. Youll be responsible for keeping the dining rooms, bar, restrooms, and back-of-house areas clean and ready for service each day. Youll work daytime hours, mostly before and during lunch, with a clear routine and the support of a team that notices and appreciates the work.

Your Responsibilities

- Deep clean the dining rooms, bar, and restrooms before service each morning

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down tables, chairs, booths, and fixtures

- Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and brass throughout the restaurant

- Keep restrooms stocked, clean, and checked throughout the day

- Take out trash and recycling and keep exterior areas and entryways tidy

- Keep cleaning supplies organized and let a manager know when stock is low

- Follow safety and sanitation standards and use cleaning products correctly

What Were Looking For

- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred

- Reliable and on time, every day

- Takes pride in a job well done and notices the details

- Able to work independently and manage your own routine

- Friendly and respectful around guests and coworkers

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, go up/down stairs, and be on your feet for the full shift

- Daytime availability required; evenings and late nights are not part of this role

Knowledge/Skills:

- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all co-workers

- Able to perform high-quality work

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner

- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
