Clean Team is looking for a dependable part-time evening cleaner to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. In this position, you will help keep assigned areas clean, orderly, and ready for the people who use them. The work is hands-on and requires attention to detail, consistent attendance, and the ability to follow site-specific instructions. You will work in a healthcare-related environment where cleanliness, careful attention to assigned procedures, and respect for the people using the facility are especially important. This is a cleaning position, not a clinical or patient-care role. We value employees who take ownership of their assignments, communicate clearly, and treat customers and coworkers with respect. What You'll Do
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned spaces
- Dust desks, counters, ledges, and other accessible surfaces
- Restock paper products and other designated supplies
- Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and site access rules
- Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions to a supervisor
What We're Looking For
- Prior commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift
- Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
- Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
- Authorization to work in the United States
