What we offer:
- Compensation: $16/hr

What the role is about:
The Lead Budtender is responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the in-store customer experience. As a keyholder, the Lead Budtender is trusted to open and close the store and serves as a go-to resource for POS, cash handling, and service standards on the sales floor.
What impact you’ll make:
- Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Promote and sell products by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Assist customers in store and over the phone and process online orders accurately
- Use and train others on the POS system, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
- Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store
- Enhance the in-store customer experience and model service standards for the budtender team
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you’ve accomplished:
- Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
- Reliable transportation to the store
