A Day in the Life:

- Partner closely with the Practice Director of Data Modernization to craft and curate a portfolio of highly differentiated practice solutions

- Develop strategies and execute meticulously on plans to achieve targets outlined in the succinct one-page plan

- Lead the design and architecture of Data Platform Frameworks

- Ensure frameworks are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry’s best practices

- Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clients

- Guide and lead the strategic sales process from inception to closure including authoring essential documents such as proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and contracts

- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities

- Proactively cultivate a pipeline of potential deals, ensuring the delivery of territory revenue targets

- Participate actively and contribute insights to the larger Long View team, especially when you’re not physically present at events

- Host presentations and educational sessions as needed, sharing your expertise and learnings

- Lead and mentor a team of data solution architects, engineers, and consultants

- Monitor team utilization, capacity, and workload distribution, ensuring resources are aligned with client and business needs

- Conduct adhoc code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

- Engage with other practices within the organization to develop and bring unique products and capabilities to market that complement Business Applications and Data Modernization’s services and technologies

What You Bring:

- 10+ years of industry experience working as a subject matter expert, as a Solutions Architect for data platforms (data engineering and data architecture).

- 5+ years of experience selling complex solutions that create business outcomes.

- Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations.

- 5+ years of experience delivering within the Agile/Scrum framework.

- Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions).

- Self-motivation and drive, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant in given area of expertise.

- Ability to grasp new technology concepts rapidly and assess their relevance for client solutions.
