Job Summary
About our team
Console, a Palo Alto Networks company, is building an AI-native platform for enterprise service management. We bring together service management, automation, knowledge, access and enterprise data so teams can understand what is happening across their organization, resolve issues and requests and automate work across the systems they already use.
About the role
We are looking for a Principal PM to own Console’s enterprise and AI platform end to end. The underlying platform is one of Console’s core differentiators. Console has become the backbone for internal support and operations for leading companies like Databricks, Webflow, and Chime. To accomplish this, Console is connected to all of your most important enterprise systems across IT, security, HR, finance etc. as a context and action layer for AI agents to automate work that could never be automated before. As we expand Console to 100,000 person organizations, we need to solve novel problems in the underlying platform across integrations and enterprise controls for humans and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for the enterprise platform across Console - identity and access, admin and governance, compliance and audit, and integrations.
- Define Console’s AI governance model - balancing AI power and flexibility with governance and enterprise adoption.
- Partner with the AI Platform team to establish evals as a first-class practice: eval harnesses, golden datasets and judges, task completion measurement driving continuous improvement.
- Develop close relationships with design partners and customers and become an expert in the current ITSM market.
- Help define the product culture at Console as a startup within Palo Alto Networks and push the boundaries of how product gets built in the age of AI.

- You have great taste; you have strong opinions of how software should work and sweat the details.
- You wear many hats and you’re just as comfortable urgently troubleshooting a p0 bug as you are developing a strategy for entering a new market
Preferred Qualifications
- You have designed and built enterprise and platform products in the past - SSO, SCIM, permissions, integrations, API etc. Not only have you worked on these types of products before, but you have a perspective on what separates good from great.
- You have shipped enterprise-grade AI infra or agentic products: harness, reliability, latency, security and auth, SLAs, readiness.
