How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead Fitch’s SAP SuccessFactors and wider HR technology portfolio, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation and Time Off, owning enhancements, bi-annual releases and BAU support for the global workforce.
- Lead and develop a global team of HR technology analysts and developers, owning the intake and delivery lifecycle with HR Product, triaging and estimating backlog requests, confirming requirements, and governing build, testing, UAT sign-off and production deployment through Jira.
- Drive an AI-first automation agenda, leveraging SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot agents and UiPath RPA, to remove manual effort from HR operations such as new hire, rehire, offboarding and probation processes
- Oversee the stability of HR system integrations (payroll, workforce management, Oracle HCM, recruiting and engagement platforms) built on Integration Center, Dell Boomi and SAP CPI, and manage escalations with SAP, implementation partners and third-party vendors
- Safeguard employee data by enforcing SSO/MFA, role-based access and super-admin governance, and ensuring compliance with data privacy, AI governance and audit requirements, with SOPs, configuration workbooks and test evidence maintained as standard practice
You May be a Good Fit if:
- 12+ years of experience in HR technology/HRIS, including 3+ years leading SAP SuccessFactors configuration and delivery in a complex, global organization, with experience managing a team
- Deep hands-on expertise in Employee Central and working knowledge of at least two additional modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation or Time Off), including business rules, workflows, role-based permissions and Provisioning
- Proven experience managing HR integrations (Integration Center, OData/REST APIs, Dell Boomi or SAP CPI) and delivering releases, UAT and production deployments using Jira and Confluence
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals or Recruiting) and exposure to SAP BTP, Joule or Work Zone
- A track record of delivering automation or AI solutions (RPA, Copilot agents, AI-assisted workflows) that measurably reduce manual effort and improve the employee experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, challenge constructively, and align HR, IT, Finance and vendors on priorities
- Experience with M&A system integrations, HR technology vendor selections/RFPs, or regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, DORA, SOX), combined with a continuous-improvement mindset
