About this role

Description

Pay: $25-$35 per hour , moving to full service manager compensation as you step into the role | Full-time | 12-month development track

We're hiring the next service manager for one of our locations, and we'd rather build the right person than wait for a perfect one to appear.

Who we are

Glide Cleaners is a multi-location residential window cleaning company on a mission to add light to the lives of our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve. Four values drive everything: Be Good, Do Good, Work Hard, Work Smart. Upstanding in character, outstanding in performance.

What this role is

Over roughly 12 months, you'll learn both sides of running a Glide location: the craft (window cleaning, service quality, route execution) and the leadership (running a team of window cleaners, coaching performance, owning results). As you master each piece, your responsibility and your pay grow with you, up to full service manager compensation when you're running the location.

Two kinds of people succeed in this role

- A proven leader or manager from another industry who's willing to get on a ladder and learn window cleaning from the ground up.
- An excellent window cleaner or crew lead who's ready to develop real management skills.

Either way, what matters is the total package: character, work ethic, and the smallest gap between where you are and where a service manager needs to be.

What you'll own

- Your own development. We'll coach you hard, but the drive has to be yours.
- Team performance. Learning to get results through other people, not just your own hands.
- The customer experience of an entire location, eventually.
- The Glide way. Learning our systems deeply enough to run them, and one day improve them.

What you get

- $25-$35 per hour during development, scaling to full service manager pay as you take the role.
- A structured 12-month path with real coaching from our current service managers.
- A company that promotes from within and is growing into new markets.

Requirements

- Leadership experience, window cleaning experience, or genuine strength in one with clear aptitude for the other.
- Coachability. You'll be learning constantly for a year. That should excite you.
- Reliability and character. Managers set the standard; yours has to be high before you start.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Pass a background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
