At Linetec our Division Manager provides leadership and direction to assigned crews. You will be accountable for all aspects of each project to which your crews are assigned.
What You'll Do
- Direct labor usage and coordinate and supervise all crew assignments
- Monitor job projects and ensure completion within deadlines and to budget expectations
- Ensure complete and accurate timekeeping and paperwork on job progress & costs
- Manage work sequences to meet construction schedules
- Meet customer expectations in both daily and overall needs
- Resolve complaints and grievances within the workforce
- Enforce Linetec Services safety, quality and performance standards
- Complete required company training, including safety training
- Perform Administrative and Lineman duties as required
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the electrical services industry required
- Prior experience as an Electrical Services General Foreman or top operational leadership
- Knowledge and skill in using a computer
- OSHA Competent Person Certified and OSHA 30 preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements
- Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crews safe

Work Environment
- Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
- All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
- Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
- Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
- Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination
Legal Stuff

- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required
