Delta Health System is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our patient-focused team.
Requirements:
- Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations, the Medical Assistant is responsible or performing all routine nursing care as directed by providers
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and physician/nurse practitioners
- Ability to work effectively in stressful situations
- Medical Assistant certification, preferred
- Knowledge of third party payors
