About this role

We are looking for a Motorola National Wireless Dealer Lead that will build and grow high-trust relationships with dealer management teams while driving sales results across an assigned dealer network in Canada.
You'll be the face of Motorola in the channel — someone dealers want to meet with, not just have to. You'll create and maintain a contact matrix for your assigned dealers, and use those relationships to educate, advocate for, and persuade partners to recommend Motorola handsets over competitors, directly driving sell-through and revenue growth. You'll bring a commercial mindset and a data-driven approach to store-level account management, and you'll be comfortable working in both English and French.
This is a hybrid role working out of our Markham, ON office 3+ days per week. Regular travel across Canada is required.

What You'll Do

- Meet with higher-level market contacts to conduct, propose, and negotiate product trainings and facilitate larger training opportunities for their teams
- Actively drive sales results within your dealer network — championing Motorola devices, tracking sell-through performance, and identifying opportunities to grow volume with each account

- Design and run creative sell-through and field programs that motivate dealer teams and move product
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and the client to align on priorities and resolve dealer needs
- Work with the client contact to help drive product initiatives
- Develop, oversee, and attend special events (launches, kick-off meetings, trade shows) — bringing energy and enthusiasm that gets dealer teams excited about the brand

- A competitive, sales-driven and commercial mindset with a track record of turning relationships into results
- Demonstrated strength in negotiation, presentation, analytical, and account-planning skills, along with communication, training, and interpersonal skills
