Body Shop Technician

Sands Chevrolet Glendale is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Technician to join our team in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

- Perform vehicle body repairs including dent removal, panel replacements, and frame straightening

- Use appropriate tools and techniques to prepare and paint vehicle surfaces

- Inspect vehicles for damage and work with estimators in developing a repair plan.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools

- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
