Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
Pay Rate : Up to $35/hour DOE
Location: Acworth, GA 30102 
Experience : Heavy dispatch and scheduling experience required.

Lead Dispatcher / Customer Service Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch a total of 8 field staff, which includes up to 6 service technicians and 2 installation crews. Manage daily routes, emergency calls, and schedule adjustments in real time. Navigate property management vendor portals to receive HVAC work orders. Update repair statuses and manage ongoing workflow alongside the internal CRM. Utilize AI tools for various tasks. Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled maintenance. Act as the central point of contact between field crews and management.

Lead Dispatcher / Customer Service Skills:
Experience utilizing Service Fusion. Heavy scheduling experience is required. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. Excellent multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must be a "go-getter" who takes ownership and does not need hand-holding.

Lead Dispatcher / Customer Service Requirements:
Must think and behave like a business owner. Must have a great attitude and ambition. Tech literate, including comfort using AI (specifically ChatGPT). Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM software and external vendor platforms. Able to provide 2 professional references. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
