Lead the Line
As Manufacturing Team Lead – Shared Resources, youll be the spark that keeps our production floor performing at its best—balancing pace, quality, and teamwork so every build meets the mark. Youll guide a crew of 5–10, keep daily operations running clean and on-time, and set a high bar for safety, accountability, and precision.
Key responsibilities include coordinating workflow, assigning work by skill and demand, coaching in the moment, supporting hiring and training, and reinforcing compliance, traceability, and QMS expectations while driving continuous improvement.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization
- Ability to read/execute work instructions and use specialized tools
