- Develop and implement litigation strategy, manage discovery and other case workstreams, evaluate resolution options, and oversee matters through trial, arbitration, appeal, or settlement as applicable.
- Provide clear, practical, and timely advice to business stakeholders and leadership regarding evolving regulatory and litigation risks, including potential operational and strategic impacts.
- Monitor regulatory enforcement and litigation trends across key markets and translate developments into actionable risk-mitigation recommendations.

- Demonstrated ability to lead responses to RFIs, inquiries, and investigations from government authorities and regulators, including matters involving compressed timelines and multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation or investigations and coordinating internal teams and outside counsel across jurisdictions.
- Sound judgment regarding legal risk, escalation, privilege, and the appropriate use of outside counsel and other external advisers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally with multiple partners and to implement global strategies.
- Demonstrated experience as a solutions-oriented self-starter who provides practical advice in a manner that is understandable by non-lawyers.
- Exceptional project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing matters, manage tight deadlines, and drive workstreams to completion.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work on any matter, no matter how big or small.
- Ability to work independently while building alignment among diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
