Main responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead daily warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished products. Your role will be critical in supporting production needs and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and use of warehouse management systems.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and company policies are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to develop skills and improve performance.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to support seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure proper use.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards within the warehouse.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a food or beverage production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime, as needed.
