We’re seeking a Head of Impact to lead the development of Brighton Jones’ Impact platform, defining how we’ll help our clients and colleagues in aligning their wealth, values, and resources with the impact they hope to make. Working closely with Family Office leadership, advisors, and subject-matter experts across the firm, this role will oversee the evolution of Brighton Jones’ Impact Advising, Impact Programs, and Corporate Impact initiatives. The Head of Impact will ensure these efforts work together to deliver a cohesive client and teammate experience while supporting the firm’s broader mission of helping our clients, colleagues, and community members live richer lives.

They will work closely with advisors and leadership teams to identify opportunities for innovation, improve adoption of Impact offerings across the firm, and ensure the platform continues to evolve alongside client needs and firm priorities. The role will also help shape Brighton Jones’ corporate impact strategy, including employee engagement, volunteerism, community partnerships, and charitable initiatives.
The Head of Impact will be responsible for building and managing the business behind the platform, including strategic planning, budgeting, prioritization, partnerships, and team development. While the role will occasionally participate in client conversations and serve as a thought partner on complex engagements, its primary focus is building the capabilities, operating model, and partnerships necessary to support long-term growth. This role combines leadership, platform development, partnership management, and team leadership – making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building new capabilities, coordinating across teams, and bringing ideas from concept to execution.
