Position Highlights

- Team-based care model within a high-volume, specialized neurology clinic
- Focus on managing patients with chronic migraine, tension-type headaches, medication overuse, and post-traumatic headaches
- Collaborate closely with fellowship-trained headache specialists and neurology subspecialists
- Access to in-clinic procedures such as Botox, nerve blocks, and infusion therapies
- Opportunities for academic involvement and teaching, if desired

Qualifications

- Fellowship Headache Medicine and Facial Pain
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or Anesthesia, Physical Medicine and Rehab, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Medical License in the State of Illinois or pending
- Controlled Substance License in the State of Illinois or pending

- Compensation Range: $219,700 to $390,700 - based on years of experience
