Your Impact as Security Lead

As a key member of the Security team, you will:

🔹 Customer and Internal Support

- Assist in handling customer complaints related to security incidents.

- Support local Marketing & Sales (M&S) functions on security-related matters.

- Provide guidance and assistance to regional, country, and local management regarding security issues.

- Prepare and provide security incident metrics, reports, and situational updates to management as required.

🔹 Stakeholder Management

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with local law enforcement agencies and other relevant external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams, management, customers, and subcontractors on security-related initiatives.

🔹 Security Operations & Risk Management

- Implement and maintain documented security processes, policies, and procedures at location and/or country level.

- Conduct and support security risk classification, risk assessments, and security audits.

- Ensure security incidents are properly reported, documented, investigated, and escalated.

- Conduct or support security awareness programs and security training.

- Support the implementation and monitoring of security standards for subcontractors and new projects.

- Assist with the installation, procurement, and implementation of technical security equipment, including upgrades and requirements for new facilities/projects.

- Identify potential security risks and recommend appropriate preventive or corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

✅ We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
✅ Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the industry/division.
✅ Previous experience in Security, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, Corporate Security , or a related function. 
✅ Experience working with operational environments such as logistics , warehousing , transportation , or supply chain would be advantageous. 
✅ Good understanding of security principles, risk management, and incident management.
✅ Knowledge of security assessment and audit processes.
✅ Familiarity with physical and technical security systems.
✅ Strong understanding of the local security environment, risks, and operational requirements.
