Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

- Expertise in Java (17/21), Spring Boot, Spring MVC/WebFlux .
- Strong experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, API governance and versioning .
- Expertise in Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture .
- Knowledge of SQL .
- Working knowledge of modern frontend architectures, particularly React/Angular and TypeScript
- Good understanding of:
- Scalability, caching, resiliency, and rate limiting
- OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, OWASP security principles
- Logging, monitoring, metrics, and distributed tracing
- Availability, reliability, performance, security maintainability, and disaster recovery

- Experience with Azure (preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm , and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions .
- Responsible for architectural deliverables like Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), High-level/solution design, non-functional requirements, Technology selection, Architecture reviews.

Leadership Expectations

- Coach and mentor engineering teams.
- Promote clean code, design excellence, and engineering best practices.
- Influence architecture decisions across multiple teams and products.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with Kafka or MQ or similar messaging platforms (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- GraphQL
- Micro-frontends
- AI/LLM integration experience
- Advanced cloud-native architecture expertise
