We're now seeking multiple experienced Inventory FLMs to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Coordinate inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock checks, to maintain high levels of stock accuracy across the operation

- Lead investigations into stock discrepancies, ensuring timely reconciliation and maintaining the integrity of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

- Manage stock movements and inventory transactions, ensuring records remain accurate and operational requirements are met

- Support inventory audits, analyse inventory-related issues such as nil picks, and work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement

✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

- Have experience within inventory, stock control, warehousing or logistics and are looking to develop their career in a growing operation

- Are confident managing stock investigations, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records

- Have experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and can confidently analyse inventory data to identify trends and issues

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence positive operational outcomes.
