- Manufacturing manager’s role is to lead production team to meet the goals and the objectives on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Reduction by utilizing operator’s skill, capability and process equipment
- And to create 6S based culture in order to become “Amazing Plant”.

In this role you will:

- Lead the team to become Liquid Filter Production Cell as “Grate Place to Work”
- Build safe manufacturing shop floor and process.
- Reduce quality complains and issues
- Develop and grow employees
- Make good relationship with related functions and customers globally.
