Reimagine What’s Possible

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, repairs, and defect resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery operations, accident/breakdown management, and customer complaint resolution.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews, audits, KPI tracking, and SLA compliance monitoring, including penalty administration where applicable.
- Oversee fleet availability, fuel efficiency, trip documentation, billing accuracy, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Support driver management initiatives, including training, safety programs, working-hours compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to EH&S standards, BSP requirements, company policies, and customer operational procedures.
- Participate in customer meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Success in this role will be measured by:

- Safe and uninterrupted fleet operations.
- Strong vendor performance and SLA compliance.
- Effective cost, compliance, and safety management.
- Achievement of fleet safety targets, including zero injuries and VAFR objectives.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder
- Five years similar working experience preferred.
- Computer literate – Good with Microsoft office , writing reports
- Hands-on , able to work on the field
